As a registered therapist, I have many years of experience assisting individuals, couples and families navigate life's challenges. I specialize in enabling clients to deal with a wide range of issues, including stress, loss & grief, rejection & abandonment, self-esteem, abuse, anxiety, parenting and relationship issues.
Services
I offer a variety of evidence-based counselling and psychotherapy services. I also offer clinical supervision to other therapists and students. This can happen at the practice, via phone, online. Home visits may be possible.
